Update: More Info on Boston Mass. Bomber Being Hidden By Government
On Saturday the InfiniTeam brought you a story that was widely circulated around the net through Facebook and Reddit involving a potential cover-up of a suspect involved in the Boston Marathon bombings. In the story we laid out a timeline of events, along with facts about a Saudi national who was to be deported, despite evidence showing a possible link to the bombings. While doing so we were careful to link to credible sources to show that all the events took place as we described, and that all the information we were giving was accurate. We ended the article by describing how Glenn Beck, on his radio program, had made claims that if the government did not come clean about the facts on this Saudi national by Monday, that he would reveal all the information he was being leaked by sources inside the investigation.
This takes us to Monday, where Glenn Beck on his radio program began to release the information he currently had. Beck described how congressional sources say the “event” or file created on Abdul Rahman Ali Isa al-Salmi al-Harbi list him as being deported under ICE section 212 3B (as we had previously reported) under “national security and related grounds.” According to Beck, to be listed as a 3B under section 212 is very extreme.
“We know it is very difficult to charge someone with this — it has to be almost certain,” Beck explained. “It is the equivalent in civil society of charging someone with premeditated murder and seeking the death penalty — it is not thrown around lightly.”
He also went on to explain that sources say the event on Abdul Rahman Ali Isa al-Salmi al-Harbi was altered on Wednesday at 5:35 pm. According to Beck “This is unheard of, this is impossible in the timeline due to the severity of the charge…You don’t one day put a 212 3B charge against somebody with deportation, and then the next day take it off. It would require too much to do it.” This would mean that the director of the NCTC (National Counterterrorism Center) was probably not the person to alter the event, but rather a high ranking official in the State Department, because the NCTC would have to follow the protocol of getting all groups involved to agree the 3B should be removed, and there just wasn’t enough time in the span of one day to do that.
While Beck’s program was going on, Fox News Radio’s Todd Starnes reported the Saudi national who was initially detained and then ruled out as a suspect in the Boston Marathon terrorist attack had been flagged on a terror watch list and was granted a student visa without being properly vetted:
A source close to the investigation revealed that Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi had been deemed inadmissible under the section of the Immigration and Nationality Act which declares ineligible for a visa – any alien who is engaged in or is likely to engage after entry – in terrorist activity.
This story has been removed from Fox’s site but still can be viewed at Townhall.
We also learned that on Sunday the House Committee on Homeland Security Chairman Michael T. McCaul, Chairman Jeff Duncan of the subcommittee on Oversight and Management Efficiency, Chairman Peter King of the subcommittee on Counterterrorism and Intelligence, and Chairman Candice Miller of the subcommittee on Border and Maritime Security all have requested a classified briefing on the Saudi person of interest. They claim the committee was kept in the dark about the events surrounding the Saudi national which is against protocol in these situations. TheBlaze also claims that “The committee says it has copies of the original deportation order, and has confirmed to TheBlaze and several other media outlets that the facts are as we reported last week”.
TheBlaze is also reporting that sources are saying Abdul Rahman Ali Isa al-Salmi al-Harbi’s student visa specifically allows him to go to school in Findlay, Ohio, yet he has an apartment in Revere, Massachusetts.
This tells us that before he even came to this country, Abdul Rahman Ali Isa al-Salmi al-Harbi was flagged on a terror watch list and should not have been granted a visa. It tells us that he was supposed to be in Findlay, Ohio, but somehow coincidentally ended up at the finish line of the marathon when the attacks began. It tells us that he was flagged under ICE Section 212 3B which is the section for national security and related grounds, but also specifically that 3B is code for known terrorist. It also tells us that the Congressmen and women sitting on the House Committee on Homeland Security are curious about Abdul Rahman Ali Isa al-Salmi al-Harbi, and that they verify the deportation under 212 3B, along with his file stating for reasons linking him to the Boston Marathon bombing. It tells us that someone, most likely a high ranking State Department official changed the event related to Abdul Rahman Ali Isa al-Salmi al-Harbi to remove the 3B at 5:35 pm on Wednesday, just a day after it had been put there.
There is a lot of evidence linking Abdul Rahman Ali Isa al-Salmi al-Harbi to terrorist activity, along with a lot of unanswered questions. We should not allow ourgovernment to deport someone with this many links and this many unanswered questions, back to his home country until we know the truth.

I find Glenn Beck difficult to trust with this. He made it sound like he would unveil great proof on Monday if the government didn’t come clean. In actuality he didn’t report much more than he already had reported or what was already known. I think it does seem a little strange that the government isn’t giving up front answers to every question, but I find it difficult to believe Glenn Beck’s view.
