The Saudi National The Media Won’t Talk About

On his April 24 radio program, Glenn Beck revealed even more information on the Saudi national Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi who was originally a person of interest in the Boston Marathon bombings, only this time he did so with a copy of the original event file in hand. We at #INN have continued to follow the story surrounding the individual since it broke at the end of last week. (Story 1 and Story 2)

After discussing the changing story of Janet Napolitano; currently her story is that Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time, and that he was only added to a terror watch list for a brief period while he was being questioned, and when it turned out he was not involved, removed. The fact that her story has changed from what she gave before congress under oath, does mean she perjured herself, but we will see if any action is taken regarding that.

As Beck held a copy of the original event file on Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi, he started to reveal information that was contained inside, that would certainly contradict Napolitano’s current story. He started with the fact that at the time the event file was created, Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi was listed as “armed and dangerous.” This seems to go against Napolitano’s story of putting him on a watch-list while he was being questioned.

The event file also indicates that Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi entered the U.S. on 08/28/2012 in Boston, despite his visa stating he is a full time student in Findlay, Ohio. He has an apartment in Revere, Mass. and despite initial reports that he transferred to a school in Boston, Findlay University says he never attended school at their campus, or filed for transfer.

According to Beck, the event file states that Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi was admitted into the country under a “special advisory option” that is reserved only for politicians, VIPs, and journalists from other countries. Even worse, because of this status the file indicates that Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi was not fully vetted before entering our country. This certainly raises a lot of questions. First, who is Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi connected to in Saudi Arabia that was able to get him admitted under the special advisory option? And second, why was he not vetted when the law clearly stated before January 14, every incoming Saudi national had to be fully vetted before being approved for a visa.

An original excuse as to why he was questioned in the investigation was that he was on an expired visa, however the event file shows that his visa is good until 11/11/2016.

The cover page of the event file (see photo) shows that the document was reviewed and approved by two high level agents: Chief Watch Commander Maimbourg and Watch Commander Mayfield. It also shows that they reviewed derogatory information (evidence against the individual) and found it to be sufficient. It also shows that the subject has one prior event already in the system #1648067. This means that two high ranking officials reviewed the evidence, and saw that it was sufficient for a section 212 3B classification of the subject (as we previously reported), reserved for known terrorists, and stripped of his visa.

Beck went on to describe that when an event file is created in the system, the authors of the file are notified via email whenever someone accesses the file and provided with the email address of the person who is accessing it, so there is a record in the government data system of who has accessed it. Someone went in originally and amended the document to remove the deportation reference, and then later tried to destroy both the original and the amended event file, however copies had already been made. Glenn Beck claims to have been given a copy of the original file, along with the email address of the person who accessed the file to do all these things. He says he won’t reveal the email address yet, but dared anyone to try and discredit him on his information. He claims that people deep inside the agencies handling the investigation are risking their careers, jail time, and frankly their lives to get him this information.

All of this information raises so many unanswered questions. Was Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi considered armed and dangerous before the bombings at the marathon or during? Was the previous event file in the system regarding something in the days leading up to the bombing, or something from an earlier period in Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi’s life? And was Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi listed as a 212 3B terrorist in this previous event? Finally, how was Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi admitted into the country under this special advisory option? Who does he know, and who is he connected to? Are they a threat as well? Are his three roommates being investigated and do they have any terrorist ties? We need to demand these answers from this administration. We need to demand them from our elected officials, and our congressmen need to be demanding information from them as well.

Journalists, even those at major news networks, who have filed stories on this have had their reports unpublished or removed from the Internet. So, don’t the American people deserve an answer about what’s going on here?
